Recreation & Wellness

Building Strength, Inside and Out

Physical activity is a powerful tool for youth mental health. Research shows that regular exercise significantly reduces symptoms of depression and anxiety in young people. Our recreation program combines fun, engaging activities with therapeutic benefits, helping kids and teens build confidence, develop social connections, and improve their overall wellbeing.

  • Basketball
  • Volleyball
  • Baseball
  • Kickball
  • Soccer
  • Flag Football

Community Outings

As the boys reach treatment milestones, they participate in supervised community outings, such as trips to skating rinks, bowling alleys, and movie theaters. These real-world experiences offer opportunities to practice new social skills, build confidence, and enjoy positive connections in the wider community.

Spiritual Care

We honor and respect each young person’s unique spiritual journey. Every individual is free to explore their personal faith and spiritual practices, whether through organized worship, quiet reflection, or meaningful conversations with clergy. Our staff facilitates clergy visits, provides peaceful spaces for reflection, and supports each person’s beliefs as a vital part of holistic healing and growth.
